Two 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom homes were completed and listed in December 2021. One home used a gold theme with a mixture of matte white and melamine cabinetry. The other home used an obsidian blue theme with mostly matte white cabinetry. Both houses have a unique fireplace mantle that captures the character of each home, as well as contemporary engineered flooring and a large open concept.
